1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the BEAVRON platform (the "Site", "Marketplace"), located at beavron.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services.

2. Direct Employer Listing Standards

BEAVRON is dedicated to candidate safety and verified direct employment. All employers and organizations submitting job openings must adhere to our non-negotiable marketplace standards:

• Direct Employment Only: Openings must represent bona fide, active employment directly with the hiring organization. Third-party recruitment agencies, staffing middle-tier aggregators, and lead-gen funnels are strictly prohibited.
• Mandatory Salary Transparency: Employers must provide honest, good-faith compensation figures (hourly wage or annual salary bracket). Commission-only or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes will be removed without refund.
• Zero Candidate Fees: No listing may charge job seekers any application fee, certification deposit, or background check fee prior to hire.
• Authentic Career Portal: The provided application URL must direct candidates directly to the hiring employer's official recruitment portal.

3. Paid Featured Postings & Refund Policy

Featured job listings remain active and elevated in category search results for 30 consecutive days from publication:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are billed securely via Stripe or Lemon Squeezy in US Dollars.
• Editorial Review & Takedowns: Listings that violate our verification standards, spam guidelines, or equal opportunity employment regulations will be removed immediately.
• Refunds: If a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs due to technical malfunction, refund requests submitted within 7 days to support@beavron.com will be reviewed and processed in full.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

While BEAVRON undertakes automated and editorial verification to audit employers, we do not act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency. BEAVRON is not liable for any hiring decisions, employment disputes, wage negotiations, or workplace conditions between candidates and hiring employers.

The platform and all contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
